Welcome to the Phoenix Youth Track Club!

We're excited to introduce our Winter Training and Competition Schedule designed specifically for high school-aged athletes. Our primary aim is to offer winter conditioning to help athletes gain a competitive advantage as they prepare for the upcoming school season. Additionally, we provide the option for competitions to diversify training and enhance overall performance. Join us and prepare for the upcoming track season with Phoenix’s best!

Important Information

  • *Limited financial aide available

    Our non-competitive program provides athletes with 4 days of rigorous training per week, aimed at preparing them for the upcoming high school track season. Athletes will have the opportunity to learn their events under the guidance of experienced professionals, enhancing their skills and building the confidence needed to excel under competitive pressure. This 12-week program is well-suited for both new athletes and returning individuals seeking to regain their fitness levels. Athletes also have the flexibility to upgrade to the competition package at any point during the season to further enhance their track and field experience.

  • This program is identical to the non-competition package, with the added benefit of the opportunity to participate in competitions. This package also includes a uniform top and covers the entry fees for competitions.

  • Season Dates: November 13th to February 4th

    Practice Time: 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM

    Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with occasional Saturday morning practices (advance notice will be provided at the start of each week)

    Location: Brophy Sports Complex

    Events: 100-800m, 100/110 & 300 hurdles, jumps, and throws.
