About This Program

Our three-month Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help track and field athletes build strength, power, speed, and endurance during the offseason, creating the physical foundation needed to perform at a higher level and reduce the risk of injury. Saturday sessions focus on event-specific technique with a strong emphasis on running mechanics, giving athletes the opportunity to build sound movement patterns, learn new skills, and receive small-group instruction from dedicated coaches across all event groups. Throughout the Fall, athletes also participate in regular group sessions with our performance support staff, covering topics such as nutrition, mental performance, recovery, and injury prevention to support their development both on and off the track.

About This Program

Our Winter Track program is designed to prepare high school athletes for a successful spring school season through high-quality training across every track and field event. Whether you're new to the sport or returning to compete at a higher level, athletes develop speed, strength, endurance, technique, and event-specific skills in a structured training environment. For those who would like to compete, we provide coaching and support at recommended winter track meets, giving athletes the opportunity to apply their training and gain valuable race experience before the school season begins. Throughout the Winter, athletes also participate in group sessions with our performance support staff covering nutrition, mental performance, recovery, and injury prevention.

About This Program

This program is designed for athletes who want to extend their season by competing in championship meets across the country after their high school season. While competition is optional, we support athletes pursuing events such as USATF, Junior Olympics (JO), Adidas, and New Balance Championships, with on-site coaching provided at our two designated championship meets. Training is adjusted to prepare athletes for their selected competitions. Due to the intensity of the program, it is recommended for athletes coming off a recent high school season. Throughout the summer, athletes also participate in group sessions with our performance support staff covering nutrition, mental performance, recovery, and injury prevention.

The PTC Standard

Relationships Standards Goals

"Every athlete deserves a coach who believes in them. "

Phoenix Youth Track Club (PYTC) was founded in 2022 by Head Coach Jarret Eaton with the goal of helping more kids get to college through track and field. Our club helps develop athletes though strong relationships, meaningful goals and high standards. We are dedicated to serving athletes in the Phoenix, Scottsdale and the surrounding communities, from ages 9 to 18.

Whether the goal is a college roster, a national qualifying time, or chasing a new PR, PTC provides the coaching and environment to help athletes compete at their best.
