Program Details

Our three-month strength and conditioning program is specially designed for track and field athletes aiming to gain strength, speed and endurance during the offseason. We provide additional event technique training in both group and one-on-one settings.

*Due to increased demand, we are reaching our cap of 40 athletes faster than last year. If you plan on doing this program please register sooner than later to secure your spot! As of 7/23

  • Summer/Fall strength and conditioning

    Date- 08/5 -11/31 ( 3 Months / 13 week program)

    Time-5:15pm-6:30pm

    Days - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

    Saturday/Sunday - Group and 1on1 Sessions

    Location- Brophy College Prep

    Study hall will be available to students on the Brophy Campus after school in Piper room 114 starting at 3:15pm

    All student athletes will receive a Hydro Flask water bottle with PYTC sticker

    Progression award system

    Student athletes will be recognized for the progress they make while in the program. The stickers can be placed on their Hydro flasks to show teammates, friends and families. Click here to see the achievement

  • PTC is committed to helping others in our community and our athletes will have the opportunity to participate in a service project.

  • The program will last 3 months (13 weeks).

    You do not need to commit to the entire program and are allowed to take breaks at anytime. This program is structured to increase athletic performance going into the next season. The longer they are in the program, the better their base conditioning will be going into the season.

  • Our group training offers an additional day on the track, where athletes can receive personalized event training in a small group setting. This is ideal for athletes seeking to address critical technical errors or learn a new event. Sessions are available on Saturday or Sunday mornings, and will be scheduled with the head coach.

    Private one-on-one trainings provide the same benefits as group training but with individual attention. This option is perfect for athletes who require more focused and personalized sessions.

  • All siblings get the base training package for free. Group session and 1on1 trainings are extra.
